Positive: I liked my salesman. He answered all my questions and told me when the sale was going to begin and even gave me a $50 coupon. I was impressed when he came to measure the rooms. He took more time and measured less carpet than another dealer I was considering. The installers were top notch. They were professional and personable and did their job well and cleaned up after they were done. Negative: The wrong carpet padding was delivered with the carpet. Consequently, I had to wait 8 days before they could come back with the right padding and install the carpet. This was quite an inconvenience since I had furniture from 3 bedrooms and contents from 5 closets moved into my dining room, living room, and kitchen.
