I have never had a worse experience in my whole life. We had to prep for them. One guy made an inappropriate comment to start with. We had to have someone there the whole time he was here. They could not tile up to my windows like I wanted and they would not do above the shower. It was horrible. My husband came back and did some wood work that needed to be done but the technician came back the next day and tore it all out. I had tile sticking out at least an inch from other tiles on the wall. It took at least five weeks to get their job done and they had to redo some. They almost set my house on fire when they were running an compressor. I also have holes in my vinyl only two years after they did the work.
