My husband has a newer Ford and so for his car we always go to the dealership since that's what he has always done with his cars. He went in for an oil change, and they called us during it to let us know his tires were kinda bad. They were not that old of tires, so we asked them why there would be so much wear and tear on it, and the guy explained that the tires we had may have been great for when we lived further south in a city, but that with the snow and hills regular tires can get beat up pretty bad in the UP. The price seemed a little high to me, but they did find us a $60 mail in rebate on the tires, and they got things done pretty quick. They are always really professional when we come in for his car maintenance. The fact they have the rewards program that gets him a free oil change every so often is a nice touch too.
