Aire Care came to my emergency in record breaking time to salvage my home and belongings in a four season room that filled with ground water and mud. They went above and beyond the call of duty (moving an upright piano and family airloom 6:30 a.m.) as this four season room flooded more than once. When this happened then the ground water traversed through the crawl space of my home at a foot deep for the first time in 15 plus years due to the improper ditching along the DNR trails that held water. As a result, it forced the ground water to travel through my home to get to the lake. What was learned was existing .culverts and ditching were not maintained but blocked. Aire Care immediately provided the best service and recovery. Weather played a major problem for us both. It was the dead of winter. Their follow-up was continuous until Spring. I appreciate their committment to me as a valued customer and genuinness to resolve whatever issues they are faced with. You can count on their professional ethics.

Spill coffee in house on arrival. Left screws and cover off the furnace. Cover was left in a puddle of water. This was about the four time they had worked on system. Burners not in line with heat exchanger. 4 of the 6 screws left off of the blower motor. Wrong gas jets in furnace. Water leaking from furnace. Furnace not level so water could drain out. Told me not to call them if I had any more trouble.
