we had a bad experience last year with a carpet cleaning guy and didn't want a repeat of that, so decided to refer to Angie's list. Premier was on the top of the list and was very accommodating to our schedule. I'm very happy with our clean carpets, and will definitely call this company again.

Chad returned my call promptly although we did play phone tag for a couple of days. Chad set an appointment time and arrived promply, began the job quickly and stuck with it to the end. I added two runners to my request for cleaning and I was not charged anymore than what was quoted.
