BRIAN'S SMALL ENGINE

I took my boat in to have the engine cleaned for the year, I called to ask if it was done after a week of them having it, they replied no.  They claimed that a piece on the water part had broken and they ordered a new part for it.  I waited no calls so I stopped in there they said they just got the parts the day before and would have the boat ready the following day.  The next day came no parts were put in or even ordered yet, they then claimed 2 of the carborators were bad.  My husband then picked the boat up and took it to a different place, the boat was running fine when we took it in and now the water pump is broken completely.  The new place we took it to looked it over and it just needed the lines cleaned out and of course now a new water pump.  Brian's never called us we always had to call them it was bad customer service and when I asked about the problems and bad communication they just shrugged their shoulders and said I was entitled to my opinion.
