Did roof rework because we had ice build up over the winter which caused my roof to leak in my home was told should not have any more build up and still having the same problem as before if not more

Bob went through the process step by step with us when he presented the offer to us.  I was a little overwhelmed at the price but later after looking at the scope of the work realized it was not as shocking as it was.  He was kind enough to pull any items off and have someone else do the work.  I did have another electrician come in and he came in at a great price and did a fantastic job.
While managing the lift great care was taken to keep the house in good shape and very litle cracking or moving of the house was done.  We even have a fully tiled shower with base pan attached and there was not one crack in the tile - looks like it did before the lift.
Bob also stated that there was a 2 year warranty on any of the work he provided.  (Great Bonus)  Bob was very easy to work with and always got back to any phone call or email within 24 hours if not sooner.  I would like to have had cell phone pictures taken and sent so I could see the progress of the work since we are down in Ann Arbor.

Great! Bob provided written, detailed estimates. His workers arrived promptly every day, worked full days each day, they kept the job site clean and tidy. Bob was able to handle additional requests with minimal cost increase. His electrical subcontractor was prompt, efficient, and completed the work on time. All inspections and permits were satisfactory.
