Very quickly---no problems. We had had an unsuccessful break-in attempt at our exterior basement door. The only reason for the "4" rating for the price was my request for a door with a high window (had to be custom made).

I've had KMK working on this house for 20+ years and it went as great as usual. Ken comes when he says he is coming, works constantly and leaves when he says he will be leaving......and leaves everything perfectly cleaned up.
