GOFF HOME INSPECTION

Kevin was punctual, arrived right on time and was very friendly throughout the inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, giving a thorough walk-through inside and out. He takes the time to explain everything he inspects and welcomes you to accompany him as he inspects so that you understand what he can and can't officially inspect and offers suggestions based on what he sees. The report was very detailed and will help us to make home improvements for many years to come.
He did mention that he will soon be cutting back his time, so be sure to book appointments in advance to assure you can use this excellent home inspector.

Kevin, the owner, arrived an hour and a half before our scheduled appointment and had completed the inspection upon our arrival. He took us room by room and explained in detail everything that he noticed and whether or not something needed to be addressed, the timeframe in which it should be addressed, and in what way it needed to be addressed.
It took us about an hour and a half to go through the entire house, both inside and out, as he explained his findings and gave us as much time as we needed for questions afterwards.
He takes pictures of everything, and provides a thorough report that we were able to access online afterwards, so we didn't need to take notes while going around the house with him. The report was available for us to access the evening of our inspection.
I would highly recommend Kevin and his company. I had used him 8 years ago to inspect the home we are now moving out of, and his excellent work then lead me to seek him out again.
If you're moving into a house in Mid-Michigan, you should definitely seek out Goff Home Inspection.

good. They only do overall home inspection, not just the roof, however they did return my call and answered some questions I had about my roof.

Everthing went great. My wife and i were very happy with services performed and we bought the house. Kevins report has become my honey-do list.

Excellent overall experience. He arrived at address early, and inspected home pretty much before we got there. Pointed out many things that new home owners will need to do.Very informative. Kevin arrived at the property early and had just started when I got there. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything he was going to inspect and how he was going to do it. He was very descriptive and thorough. He finished the inspection in a little over an hour. He made sure I did not have any questions and we parted ways. He emailed me my home report, within a few hours, that was very detailed and included photographs of all the areas inspected. He inserted red arrows into the pictures that showed the areas that needed attention.I was very satisfied with the experience I had with Goff Home Inspections.
