Great company! I chose them because I had several downed large trees and some other larger ones that I wanted removed as well, BUT I was very concerned about some planted younger conifers and oaks that were very close to the trees being removed (did not want them damaged at all). I gave very specific instructions and contracted based on an agreement that the work can be done without damage to those next generation trees. These guys did a fantastic job. None of those trees were damaged or harmed whatsoever (not a single limb) and it was not so easy in my view. The owners were onsite during the work and were very involved. We also did not have to do any clean-up. I would highly recommend these guys - you absolutely get what you pay for! VERY PROFESIONAL & TOP NOTCH!!!

Three men worked like an army platoon; the men were great and tireless and their machines amazing. They got so much accomplished, everything we had hoped for and more. Trust me, I was happy to write the check, a bargain at the price.

This business is excellent . They not only do the job that they are contracted to do better than all the rest, but they are arborists that can advise you about improving tree health and aesthetics. Intelligent , safety minded, efficient, experienced , kind and courteous. I won’t use anyone else!

Mark met me at my home. He provided me with great information about removing trees. Most importantly he provided me with information about city ordinances and who's responsible for the tree. He provided a great price to remove the tree and to trim other trees. Thank you Mark!

The tree removal went very smoothly. They had to do a lot of rigging to safely remove several of the trees. Some were within 20 feet of and leaning over the house. Price was very reasonable. They took care not to crack the new concrete driveway with their bucket truck and they left the driveway cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend if you have trees that need to be safely removed.

This guy is very unprofessional! I just need to have 2 trees removed. First he made me wait a week to get the job done. Then on the day of it he never called! I cleared my whole day for him. I called and he said he was too busy and will have to come the next day. Then the next day he calls and says he can't come for 2 days. I told him I had needed them removed ASAP and I had been waiting for him to remove for too long! He said that he had now been charge twice for my trees and hung up on me! Charged twice? You didn't do anything, plus you wasted my time when I could have had someone with integrity to do it! This was such poor service he could have just been honest! Word of advice to Matt: When you tell someone that you are going to do something, do it. Your word is your bond. It goes a long way! Plus you would have had a long time customer. From call to completion was an hour. They did an amazing job clearing everything up and getting the job done!!! We’ve used them before and won’t use anyone else!!! Highly recommend!

This company did a great job. They are professionals from start to finish. They recently trimmed a pretty big oak tree in a tight area close to my house, using the large crane. No issues. Very professional, efficient, friendly Team. Can highly recommend this company. Boris L.

I had a job to have 5 trees removed from my property and requested quotes from 5 different tree services. Precision responded quickly with a call back within the day. We set up a time and Mark showed up right on time. We walked my yard and discussed each tree I wanted removed. Mark was very friendly and courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable. In his quote he itemized all the services for each tree. I did not select them because their quote was almost 3 times the cost of the tree service I ending up selecting. They did call back a few weeks later to follow up.

great work, completed the job without damage of other plantings, cleaned up and placed the left over wood chips from the root grinding near the other trees so I could spread them.

Did an excellent job of taking the tree down piece by piece, cutting it to firewood lengths and chipping the remaining branches, etc. They even delivered the chips to my daughters' house about 4 miles away.

Precision was unable to complete the job of grinding the stumps as the equipment was not working on that date, but assured me that the job would be completed in a timely manner. I regret to say that after multiple contacts with Mark, through June and July , with promises of addressing my concerns but the job was still not completed. I am very dissatisfied with their ability to complete the services as contracted and paid for. I verbally requested a refund for the grinding ($225.00) from Mark on August 11, 2017. To date I have not received the requested refund, nor any contact whatsoever from Precision regarding a follow up to my request for refund. The initial tree cutting and trimming service was exemplary, however their follow-up customer service for grinding lacked any form of professionalism; and I would not recommend this company as I do not have faith in their ability to address and complete services which were paid for.

The job required very technical removal: a great deal of scaling, rigging and teamwork. The rather inaccessible location precluded using high-lifts and large section felling! The task was completed successfully, with no damage to any portion of the roof, house or yard.

Time will tell.
