Mr Gordon came and did the excavation in December. During the process he cut through three pipes that go to our swimming pool. Since it was cold, he didn't want to finish the job and said that he would return in the spring to fix the pipes and to fill in the hole he dug. This spring I called to schedule a time for him to finish the work and got a phone message a couple of days later giving me the name of another company who I was supposed to call and arrange for them to finish the work. Since we had paid for the job in full in December.I called them and told them that they should finish the job or pay for the other company to finish. She said that she would have to check with Dave and would call me back.. She never did of course.
