We were very happy with them. They spent a lot of time with us and they were very knowledgeable. The rug has held up nicely and we would definitely buy from them again.

Called to inquire about carpet stretching. Once they found out carpet purchased from GA carpets (over 10 years ago) said service was FREE !! Can't beat free especially when a good job. ?

We dropped off two leftover pieces of carpet for binding.  Rug dimensions were established and a quote provided on-site. We picked up the finished rugs 2 weeks later.  Carpet was muliticolor--binding matched perfectly.  Both look great!

Did a great job on my carpet installation. Very pleased with quality of both the carpet and installation.

We started this project in July. Our materials came in and we scheduled installation of flooring in September. There was a slight delay in timing but installation started October 3. It is now complete and is beautiful. We are installing carpeting in the Master Bedroom shortly. This delay was ours as we were out of town.

I was shocked when they called and said that my carpet was ready almost 2 weeks before I expected it! That was a very pleasant surprise. It was not hard at all to get the day that I wanted for the install. When that day came, the installer was here right on time. They moved the furniture out of the way that I could not get myself, and went about the business of tearing out the old carpet. It did not take that long. They cleaned up the dust and other things that were underneath the old carpet, and got prepared to put down the new. I didn't have a huge room, so there was only one guy working on it after the tear out, but he was nice, friendly and professional. I was with him the whole time, and we talked the whole time. He repaired a piece of the tack board around the edge that was damaged when the old carpet was pulled up. He added new pieces in areas that needed them. He cut the pad just right, and laid the carpet so that there was a seamless flow from my living room, and right down my hallway. The edges are solidly laid, and you can hardly even tell where the seams are. They took away all the old carpet and pad. I found myself wishing I had it done a year ago! I am very pleased with the whole experience, and next time I will just go to them from the beginning when I need new carpet, but that should be at least another 15 years from now. :)

Worked us into a two day time frame before movers came. Job looks great. Took time to ask me exaclty how I wanted stairs to look that had never been carpeted before and explained my options. Worked with me on giving me time to finish painting two rooms.

We had Georgia Quality Carpet Outlet, install carpeting in our living room and bedrooms. They were very helpful when we were in their store. They have the largest selection of carpeting and hard surfaces of any store I have ever been in. The salesperson helped me pick out the carpeting that would work best for me. They came out to my home and measured for flooring. They gave me a price. I ordered the carpet. They came out and installed it about 3 weeks later. The installers were great! The carpeting looks wonderful! I took the scrap pieces back to them and had them and quot;bindand quot; the edges, and got a few and quot;throw rugsand quot;, too.
overall, best carpet experience ever!

We were told the carpet would take about a week to arrive and they met that time frame. They arranged installation based upon our schedule. They took about 8 hours to do the job as expected and were very thorough in their cleanup.

We visited this store on the recommendation of a family member after having visited home depot and a few other carpet stores. When we went in, we were greeted by a friendly sales person who tried to help us find the perfect carpet. They have a huge selection, so we spent a little while in their store. They did have a nice playhouse for our kids to play in so that we could actually look at the carpet :-) They let us take the samples home, then they came out and measured for carpet. The quote was MUCH better than the one I had gotten from Home Depot, Empire and Karen's. We ordered the carpet. When the installers came out they were very courteous and did a fantastic job. They didn't scratch up my molding like the last company did, and they used power stretchers. We were very happy with everything from start to finish!

I REALLY APPRECIATED HOW QUICKLY THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO GET OUR NEW CARPET INSTALLED. THEY HAD A GREAT SELECTION AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH.
