I contacted the company and explained my problem. They sent a man to come the same day to look at my whole system. They found a severed electrical line and very quickly repaired it so I had water going to my whole yard. I was more than pleased and called the office and hired them to add more sprinkler heads to cover a new area. The owner came with a technician, looked everthing over, gave me a ballpark cost, and I said fine. The very next day they came, added the new sprinkler heads and added a new zone. The owner came at the start of the day, directed a worker and they talked over the plan of action. The crew leader was in touch with the owner by phone to make sure everything was going as planned. Several other workers came to help lay out the line to install the heads and everything was done, soil reseeded and raked. They also rerouted lines to cover all areas because of a poor job done by the previous company.
The whole crew was very curteous, did their jobs well and I felt I could trust them to do their respective jobs and not worry about the job they were doing. The whole crew acted like they enjoyed their jobs. The whole job was done in record time. I was one of the happiest ladies around. (age 73).
