I called West Ottawa Sprinkling in the Fall of 2006 to winterize the irrigation unit at our shopping center. In the spring of 2007 both units were leaking. I had to pay for the repairs. I asked West Ottawa Sprinkling to Connect the two units together. It them four weeks to get me a quote. Now it has been 3 1/2 months and I still do not have irrigation system that works. My terreras and grasses have died and the property looks terrible. DO NOT USE WEST OTTAWA SPRINKLING.

THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS GOOD. I ONLY HAVE ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY OVER CHARGED ME. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE THAT DIDN'T PAN OUT. I HAD TO CALCULATE THE WORK MYSELF.
