The materials were delivered on August 15th 2013.The installers arrived the next day which was on a Friday. They had the siding mostly completed and arrived early the following Monday to finish the siding and the trim work. The installers did an
excellent job and picked up all scraps, etc. I hope to have my house sided sometime in the not too distant future and will definitely call V and S to do the work and would recommend them to friends and family.

A company representative came out to estimate the job within a couple hours of my calling. They sent a price quote in the mail. I authorized the job. They came when they said they would, calling first, and did a great job removing the old section, installing new eves, and cleaning out the upper eves. I'm very happy with their work and would call them again.

I have a steel roof and have had a number of water leaks due to ice dams, general maintenance and caulking deterioration. Vand S's sister company, Riemersma Roofing has diagnosed and repaired leaks due to caulking deterioration, bolt grommet wear, boot replacement and gutter repair and replacement. When I had a specialized request to install heating cables to melt ice dams on a steeply sloped section of roof, Mark from Riemersma suggested a unique installation option -- installing the cables underneath the steel sheeting rather than on top where I had experience with snow slides pulling them off. This technique worked like a charm last winter and I retired my snow rake!! Mark has always been honest, very competitive price-wise, on-time and within budget every time. I highly recommend Riemersma Roofing for any roofing needs.
