"(removed member name) has neglected to give the entire history. A tree surgeon was needed. The latter was not included in my contract. I spoke with (removed member name) wife and received permission to have the tree surgeon come to handle the tree issue. I told (removed member name) wife that they would owe the tree surgeon $125.00. I called the tree surgeon and the task was completed. My job was completed. (removed member name) had issues with the tree surgeon since he did not give permission for the job to be completed. I fulfilled my contracted work. (removed member name) did not file a complaint with the ROC because his problem was not with my work. He did not want to pay the tree surgeon for his services. Now you know "the rest of the story"."
