I own multiple properties and I have had experience with the worst imaginable roofer (literally all summer to do a 2-day job which only lasted 6 years) to so-so roofers, to quality roofing. Unfortunately, you really don’t know what you have with a roof until time goes by – maybe years. I have also learned that there must a million ways to cut corners in roofing and the homeowner simply doesn’t know what they don’t know – until later…..For me, I want the job done right, to last: Quality. I can’t imagine any other parameter that matters with a roof. But how do you know? I chose Sharp to do 2 roofing jobs: including my home. I chose them because of the transferable GAF Golden Pledge Warranty ( [*** Link removed ***] ). GAF carries the warranty – not the local roofer who might be gone tomorrow. With these 2 jobs, I only had Golden Pledge roofers give me a quote. The quotes were basically all the same. Of that group, Sharp was the most responsive, in every way. In fact, I would say that Derrick bent over backwards for me to deal with wind damage/insurance on one job. That’s a great story in itself. The crews did it right by every parameter including dealing with the problems that show up when the shingles are off. That will happen too, whether you find out or not. I know that roofing can be seen as a commodity where you go for as cheap a price as possible. I’ve learned it’s not and my review is to help the next person not make the same mistakes I made in the past when I was less informed. Do it right and save yourself all the hassle from a cheapo roofer doing a lousy job. One last thing, don’t let the friendly, smooth talking of the roof salesman sell you. What you want is demonstrable, tangible quality- that’s a lasting warranty from a company that’s going to be around. They have to prove it too. Either way, you’re going to pay. Quality costs less as time goes by.

I hired Sharp Construction to Replace our Roof, Replace the Gutters on the house, Replace two windows in our Garage and replace carpet in two of our rooms. In all areas they did a 5 star job. We new there were leaks in our roof and would need to be addressed. The installers did a great job and went above expectations. On all projects the cleanup was exceptional and they would arrive in the times that they provided. Sharp was very detailed in the scope of work and also in the preparing of the work. It was a great pleasure to work with Dan W and the Sharp team. I would not hesitate to hire them again. They have proven multiple times to me that they will go above and beyond the scope of work to be the company they are today!!! Thank you Sharp for your professionalism and team.

We had a house of windows replaced recently. We were very impressed with the customer service, regular communication/updates, value and the quality of work performed. Dan, our sales person, was great and answered all our questions. The work crew was awesome. Great attention to details and I appreciated the efforts made to be sure everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend!

Smoothly - no surprises! Sharp Construction LLC of Holland MI - worked very quickly and provided quality work! I contacted them for a quote for repair to a 10x10 area of shingles that were tore up down to the decking from tree branches, along with replacing a gutter that had ripped loose and installing screens over the gutters. The estimator was there the next day. He had a quote sent via text & email within 24 hours. Every question I had was promptly answered. They scheduled the work to start within 2-3 weeks - it started sooner as they had an opening. The roof was done (completed) within a 3-4 hour Friday afternoon. The gutters were done the following Monday within 2 hours. I couldn't believe how fast and when I found out they were done, I asked if they would take pics for me as I'm older and cannot climb ladders to see the work myself. No problem - Eric made a special trip out the next day and sent me several complete pictures of various angles so I could see the work - excellent, quality work. The total cost was exactly the same as the quote/estimate at the beginning. No surprises, no price hikes, I paid exactly what we agreed to in the beginning. I was given the option of financing which they offer, or 50% down to begin work, and the balance due after the work is completed. I opted for the 50-50 plan. Everything went smooth as silk. I will hire Sharp Construction LLC of Holland MI again and I will recommend to anyone who asks if I know of an honest, quality, ethical general contractor!

We had Sharp Construction re-shingle our house roof. Gabe was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The crew did a great job with removing the shingles and re-roofing all in the same day. They cleaned up very well after themselves also. We would not hesitate to call them again. We would have no concerns recommending them to others.

after reviewing company after company and checking their reviews i went with sharp construction. right from the start Ryan was so friendly and i felt so much trust in him. He informed me of stuff i never even knew of about roofs and insurance companys, way more than any of the other companies. he stuck by me from start to finish. he met with my insurance company every time the inspector came over and went over everything with them then met with me to go over everything and what the next step would be, even when i was on a family vacation. his price was better than the other companies too. when the crew came over to do the roof, they worked hard all day and when it rained they literally waited till it stopped and then continued, and once again Ryan came over to explain what was going on and what they had to do cause of the rain and what the crew was doing. after they completed the job, everything was picked up and cleaned and again Ryan come over to check the roof and grounds to make sure everything was completed and cleaned up. i have never felt more comfortable and have so much trust in any company the way I do with sharp. thank you Ryan for helping me through this and doing a great job and making me feel like we were long time friends. I need more work done on other projects and will be calling them for their services. A roof is a big project that involves a lot of money and you want it done right with someone you can depend on and sharp is definitely that company.

Ryan and the Sharp roofing crew did a fantastic job for us. Ryan was very thorough and informative, presented a great product and followed through every step of the way. Our roof was scheduled much sooner than anticipated and, as promised, his crew got it done in one day. They were pleasant and so hard working, cleaning up everything by the end of the day. We would highly recommend Sharp to our family and friends!

Great service all around. Sharp Employee met with insurance adjuster to evaluate the roof. The replacement was done in one day. The workers were friendly, efficient and did excellent work. The job site was totally cleaned up when I got home from work and the roof looked great! I would recommend to anyone.

Aaron went above and beyond to help me finally get my insurance company to come out - they kept telling me they needed 10 days of "clear" weather (this was mid-winter). Once that was out of the way everything went like clockwork. The guys came out and finished the roof in one day. Inside painting went smoothly and everything looks great. I can't recommend Sharp Construction enough, especially in situations where you have to deal with an insurance company. Always friendly and courteous.

Great everyone was polite and professional. Gabe Epley was very punctual arrived at my house and gave me a very detailed presentation of what sharp was about, what materials they prefer to use and it is all made in the U.S.A. witch for me was huge and why they use them. He also walked around with me to make sure he had everything down what needed to be done and let me know a timeline on when it will be done. On 4/14 the crew arrived at 7:30 and were done by 2:30. Theu realy did an awesome job
