Schippers and Kent Lee are good people. They are friendly, hard-working, and honest people. It was pretty obvious that they are just extremely busy and don't have time to commit to and finish jobs.
The thing that annoys me on a daily basis is the fact that among all of the the very expensive, high-end, PRE-HUNG exterior doors, which they installed, THERE IS NOT A SINGLE DOOR WHERE THE NEW HARDWARE, which they installed, works properly. Either the door doesn't shut all the way, without binding, or the bolt locks don't turn all the way. Every single door has a problem. That is my lasting memory of Schippers Construction and that is a function of the fact that several of the nice and hard-working crew members simply do NOT have enough skill to do things correctly. Any chain is only as strong as its weakest link. . .
