The draft inducer fan on my furnace sometimes failed to start.  An internet search for a dealer that handles the brand of furnace in my house - Comfortmaker - brought up Sale's Heating & Cooling, and others, located nearby.  I picked Sale's and found a couple of good reviews for their service on Angie's List.  I called them a little after 7:00 AM and they were able to send a couple of techs to check my furnace that afternoon.  After noting that my furnace was likely 30 years old and the heat exchanger was partially plugged, they called their office for a quote on a new furnace.  Kurt Sale came later that same afternoon.  The following week, after getting another quote, I called to schedule the installation.  They were able to schedule it for the following day.  This was in February.  The outdoor section of the air conditioner (pump and condenser) will be installed in warmer weather.  Everyone I met seemed friendly and professional.

Our heater stopped working in the dead of winter last year as it kept tripping off. I called Sale's in the late afternoon and they arranged for a guy to come out that night around 9pm to look at the heater. He had it fixed in less than an hour and my family was very happy to have a warm home again! The immediate response and late hour support was very appreciated and the repair man was very kind and courteous helping us out, even though it was a late call out for him. I couldn't be more pleased when considering the situation and the price.

They gave me a very good estimate. They did not oversell me for a more expensive machine than I needed for my house. They were very clear about explaining what would and would not count for the Federal tax credit for energy efficiency. The air conditioner works and the workers that came out were perfect. They came when they said they would come and it took the time they said it would take. They did a good job.

When Kurt Sale first showed up to look at the existing setup, he considered two approaches, then concluded that "T-ing" off the gas pipe outside was the way to go. He told us the web site to go to to check out the various logs [Rasmussen.biz], and also recommended that we go with whole logs, as opposed to the ones that appear to be burned through. Good suggestions all. When his two-man crew showed up to install the logs, they quickly reviewed the same two installation options that Kurt had considered, agreed with Kurt, then did the work. Drilling the holes was tricky, but it was done without a hitch. Placement of the logs was routine. The whole thing was done in a morning.

Sales Heating and Cooling is a very professional company. They are responsive to the customers needs and are great to work with.

Very well. Sale's is a father-son team. Both are excellent problem solvers. Kurt (the son) looked at the existing pipe configuration, figured out the best way to route the pipe, took the required measurements, then gave me an estimate (which turned out to be realistic). They checked in with the electrician, and showed up on the same day, which (I believe) lessened any chances for miscommunication between the two. The work went smoothly, they didn't get in the way of the electricians, and at the end of the day, everything was hooked up. I have used Sale's for several projects in the past (every one of which has gone well), so I was not surprised that this one went smoothly. I would recommend Sale's for anyone's HVAC needs.

WE CALLED THEM TO COME REPAIR OUR HEATER WHEN IT WENT OUT. THEY CAME OUT AND PUT A NEW ONE IN LESS THAN A DAY. WE LOVED THE WORK THEY DID. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
