Garage door spring broke. I called Quality, they said they had a spring for my door and would be by that afternoon. Late afternoon he arrived and said he didn't have a spring, but had a used spring from another job. I needed my garage to open, he 'put in' the used incorrect spring. I wrote out a check, asked for receipt. He gave none. I finally got a receipt through e-mail... not marked paid. THAT's sloppy to say the least. He also advocated for a complete replacement of door, remote opener, etc. weird.

Quality Door did a great job. They were able to get us in the next day. The technician was courteous and quick. Fair price. I would hire them again.

Outstanding service and at a very reasonable price. They came, replaced the springs, and adjusted the door so that it operated good as new. NOTE: I can't remember the exact date; I believe it was 6 - 8 months ago.

The technician arrived on time and went straight to business. Immediately found what I did wrong, and explained what he needed to do, then did it. Finished very quickly and was on his way.

THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM OR THEIR WORK. IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY DOORS THIS WILL BE THE ONLY COMPANY I WOULD USE.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS POLITE AND CAPABLE. HE WAS HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. HE WAS ALSO STRAIGHTFORWARD ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THERE WAS NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THEIR VISIT.

I LIKED THEM FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THEY WERE GOOD AND THE WORK WAS QUICK. I ALSO LIKED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE WITH THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME.
