I paid over 300k when finished. It is probably worth 150k at best. 1000 sq feet finished, 2 bed 1 tiny, tiny bathroom. I did the flooring, the painting, caulking, and half the trim myself. I've had to have them back many times for repairs. Their carpenter is very incompetent. I constantly redid most of his work. Blueprints weren't followed. Deck is now falling apart. Windows are coming apart and are letting bugs in, and I've only lived here 2 months so far. I've had to build a wall to use my laundry room they had the utilities just hanging on the outer wall, with no support. I had to frame the back wall to attach the ductwork and the plumbing for the washer and dryer. They said it was not included in an unfinished basement. I have formica countertops, who uses formica laminate anymore? I can go on and on about the issues, but the gist of this review is to try and warn people that if they want a quality home, do not use Pine Creek. If you want to pay double the value of your home and get a 3rd rate build that is subpar to homes in Haiti, then be my guest and use them. That said, it has gone down the toilet in the last year. When they started my build, they had Dog Gritter and all was going great. He retired a few months in and it went down the toilet fast after that. So, yeah they probably were good quality, but now they are by far the worst builder you would want to use. Look at the time-line of reviews going downhill from then to now, you'll see.

The work was completed satisfactorily but I had warranty claims that were handled poorly. I waited all summer to hear back from a claim and they ended up making me make a claim with the window company instead of handling it themselves. I would not recommend.

First of all they took forever to do the repair. Plus they billed me for the repair before they even did it and continued to send me bills every month knowing they didn't do it yet. They also didn't do as they promised and it actually leaked more. Second attempt was worse then the first and took forever as well. Finally the third attempt looks like it fixed the leak. However the craftsmanship is terrible. Shingles not cut straight along the edge, scratched and damaged my new gutters, material and cig butts everywhere plus he used the wrong color shingles. Only time will tell if it will leak again. I wouldn't recommend Pine Creek construction to anyone. They were very very good to work with. They were very responsive and always on time. They always cleaned up when they were finished and they were very professional. I highly recommend them.

Basically very good, rain had some factor, but workers did leave early one day at noon then sun came out the rest of the day which pushed our job out a few days.

I called Pine Creek Construction and spoke to Gordon, he was able to come out and give me an estimate the next day. The price was reasonable (flat roofs are always expensive to repair). We agreed on the price, with the exception that if any wood needed to be replaced after tearing off the old roof it would be an additional cost (standard practice). All the work was done while I was at work and was finished in 3 days. They did an amazing job, kept the site clean and was an all around pleasant experience. After the job was done he stopped by and answered any questions i had, went over what they did, and noticed a couple of minor things that needed attention and had them taken care of the next workable day.

Gordon from Pinecreek Construction  came to our house to assess the job to be done and give estimates to power wash entire roof of the house and garage and also to repair two areas on the roof  that were showing damage under the shingles ( the areas sagged, especially the larger of the two). The estimate to repair the roof was blind since  the shingles covered the extent of the underlying damage.
The workers showed up in a timely fashion. They were polite, professional and capable.  When the shingles were removed  from one of the two areas to be repaired, a large area of rotten roof material was uncovered.  With a clear understanding of the work that had to be done a price was quoted to remove the old shingles, repair the roof and re-shingle the affected area with new shingles. The price was found to be fair, was accepted, and the work was done as stipulated . The second area to be repaired was smaller, had minor underlying damage and was done within the initial estimate.  In both areas,  the worker took great pain to prevent water damage in the future.
The power washing was done thoroughly to our satisfaction.
The area around the house was totally cleaned of debris and was left spotless  at the completion of the work.
 We would definitely hire this company again.

Pine Creek did a outstanding job my father pasted away in March and my mother was in a wheel chair and my family need to move in with her. But we wanted are own area or space I called sever people in the phone book and Doug at Pine creek call me back right away the next day he was out with me to make a plan to build a 5 bedroom 2 Bath attention onto my mother current home. I told Doug how much I wanted to pay and they did a great job staying within budget for me. The quality of work was outstanding they took the extra time to make sure everything was build right the first time. The build was on a very strick timeline we need to move in as soon as possible and Pine Creek made that happen it took about 3 months complete the build. I would recommend them to someone else anytime to complete the job they need done! Thank you once again

All went well. They did a good job of explaining my options and a reasonble course of action for what I wanted to accomplish. I understood the start time was contingent on weather and other commitments but they manage to begin very close to the estimated date. The majority of the work was completed in two / three days. I had a few minor changes I wanted and they made them without any hassel. They were not the cheepest estimate, but not unreasonably priced. The quality of the work was solid and they strike me as someone who will be in the community long term, thus available for any problems down the road.

I was really happy with their work. They were very clear, prompt and showed up on time. They also finished the work in timely manner. They explained everything about their work and were very informative. I would recommend them to others.

THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS AND THERE WEREN'T SHINGLES LYING AROUND ANYWHERE. I THOUGHT THEY DID GOOD WORK. MY HOUSE LOOKS REALLY NICE AND LOVELY. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

I LIKED THEM A LOT BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY QUICK ABOUT THE JOB. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE PEOPLE. THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT WHAT WAS IMPORTANT TO ME.

IN THE KITCHEN THEY ADD SOME EXTRA WITH NO CHARGE. THEY DID THE SAME WITH THE SIDING. THE GUY PUT A LITTLE EXTRA TOUCH ON IT TO MAKE IT LOOK NICE. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY HAD THE WORK ALL FINISHED AND THEIR MESS CLEANED UP BY THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

I FELT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY HOME. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME. THE ONLY THING THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SEEN MORE OF WAS THEIR CLEAN UP. I'M STILL PICKING UP NAILS.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD DO. THEY GOT IT DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEED BE.

THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE FASTER THAN WHAT THEY SAID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR WORK. THE EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY COURTEOUS. WE WAS PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT.

THEY DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY. THEY HAD SIX GUYS WORKING ON OUR ROOF SO THEY GOT IT DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY EVEN REPLACED A COUPLE OF BOARDS FOR FREE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
