They were prompt and honest. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. They were very good about assuring that they could fix things and make them look good as new. They didn't try to push new tires on me.

They do a great job. They were very helpful because our oil was down and he said, "Your car is known for occasionally burning oil but that seems like an excessive amount" so we decided then to take it to the guy who we always go to for checkups and sure enough, there was a bad oil plug in the car or something like that and something else that needed fixing and so he saved us from potentially having a bad problem because he noticed that and said, "You ought to have that checked." They were very fairly priced. We were really impressed.

Amazingly well. I was given a choice of tires in my price range. I was explained the pros and cons. As far as the brakes went, spent less than I thought I would, and again was informed through the whole process. A mechanic at the establishment, was extremely helpful. I went to the one on River Avenue, answered all my questions.. I believe his name was Kurt J.
