Description of Work: Ok Lowes, we ordered rubberized mulch for our front yard. We PAID you to deliver the mulch to our house. We PAID you for the mulch. This was over a month ago, actually closer to 6 weeks ago. We have called & called. Your response has been, " yea we owe you mulch and it will be delivered soon. " After being on hold 15 minutes and finally being able to speak with someone, we were told that it they would have to get it from another store. WHAT THE HELL? We ordered six bags of mulch. For the amount of money it cost to deliver we could have driven there twice and brought them home. We purchased other items that day and had no room. We figured it would save another trip. Boy, were we wrong! Well, looks like Menards is going to get our business from now on.

Description of Work: Nelson, the kitchen designer at Lowes was a dream to work with. He helped us design our kitchen with patience and creativity.

+ -1 moreWe had Formica brand solid surface countertops and sink installed. After a few years the sink that they installed cracked. We visited the Lowes that we purchased it from and they found our information on the computer. We could not locate the original sales receipt so neither Lowes nor Formica would replace the sink even though it was under warranty. We replaced all our appliance at the same time with Lowes and had all those receipts but not for the countetrop. The information that Lowes had on their computer about the sale was not good enough for Lowes or Formica.
Description of Work: Installed solid surface counter top and matching sink.

+ -1 moreI found that if you want your design done quickly, you really need to reserve a several hour time-slot with the designer and wait for them to complete the design. If you tell them what you want and let them finish the design without you, it can take days or even a couple of weeks. That's still not too bad though.
Description of Work: Had entire kitchen redesigned. The person did a great job with the designs, but in the end we chose to not purchase because of the price. We had our current cabinets refinished instead for less cost.

+ -1 moreI had the lowest price available and chose to go with them. It was a very good experience with them and they did a good job. There were no delays. I was happy with the counter tops that arrived. They installed it and did a great job. So, everything went very well. I would use their services in the future if needed to.
Description of Work: I got my kitchen counter tops replaced through Lowes.

+ -1 moreLOWE'S CAME IN, DID THE JOB, AND GOT OUT, ALL IN LESS THAN ONE DAY THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB, AND IT STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW. WE WERE BOTH REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE DEAL.
Description of Work: THEY CARPETED OUR FRONT PORCH.

+ 0 moreTHEY CAME IN AND GOT OUT THEIR TOOLS AND STARTED TO TAKE OUT THE OLD WINDOWS THEN INSTALLED THE NEW ONES. IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY INSTALLED EIGHT WINDOWS AND INSULATION WITH MY WINDOWS.
