Once work / install is finished, I will write another review.

We had Formica brand solid surface countertops and sink installed. After a few years the sink that they installed cracked. We visited the Lowes that we purchased it from and they found our information on the computer. We could not locate the original sales receipt so neither Lowes nor Formica would replace the sink even though it was under warranty. We replaced all our appliance at the same time with Lowes and had all those receipts but not for the countetrop. The information that Lowes had on their computer about the sale was not good enough for Lowes or Formica.

I found that if you want your design done quickly, you really need to reserve a several hour time-slot with the designer and wait for them to complete the design. If you tell them what you want and let them finish the design without you, it can take days or even a couple of weeks. That's still not too bad though.

I had the lowest price available and chose to go with them. It was a very good experience with them and they did a good job. There were no delays. I was happy with the counter tops that arrived. They installed it and did a great job. So, everything went very well. I would use their services in the future if needed to.

LOWE'S CAME IN, DID THE JOB, AND GOT OUT, ALL IN LESS THAN ONE DAY THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB, AND IT STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW. WE WERE BOTH REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE DEAL.

THEY CAME IN AND GOT OUT THEIR TOOLS AND STARTED TO TAKE OUT THE OLD WINDOWS THEN INSTALLED THE NEW ONES. IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.
