This man reminds me of Leonardo Dicaprio in the movie Catch me if you can, his lying is truley amazing. If you do decide to hire Josh, make sure everything is in the contract, down to the smallest detail. Josh will not remember one conversation he has had with you. Josh "knows nothing about electrical codes so if anything needs to be done to bring your project up to code it will be added to your bill.
