insulation
 + -1 moreI have a ventilation problem in my house. I suspected that my soffit vents were blocked with insulation. I wanted someone to check this out so I called Holland Insulating. Twice. The first occasion the guy was rather curt on the phone, but said he would come out to my house. He gave me a time frame and I waited and he didn't show. I later received a voice mail from him saying there was some issue with is mother or mother-in-law. Okay. So a few weeks later I tried again. The guys was much more pleasant. Said he would come out the next day, but that he would call first. No call...never heard from him as to why. Never ever received a call to try to come out. If he doesn't want to do the job, all he needed to do was tell me.
