Furniture - Sales
Didn't go well. Took twice as long to install as stated. They put in the wrong vent with gas logs and house filled with smoke after we had just painted. Hearth stones were not the color ordered. We stained them ourselves to meet deadline . . . no cost cut for that. They did come back to redo stone around fireplace as it was totally uneven. Fireplace burns so hot on low that we can only have it on for 20 minute intervals. Hard to get them to service it when needed and then the charge was way to high.
