Closet Design

I found this company online, and pretty quickly we were able to have someone come out to measure everything, but several days went by without anyone calling. I thought it was strange because I used California Closets in the past, and the designer brought samples to show us after they measured and asked us what we wanted, but Closet Design didn't work like that. So four days later, I called and asked if we could come to the showroom. The designer saw us the next day, and we were able to obtain better materials, see the drawings, and make some adjustments (like adding laundry hampers). The reality is that the closet that uses the roof was a difficult challenge, but Jake the designer was great at explaining everything, and put us at ease. We were asked for 50% deposit which was fine, and we were able to schedule the installations right after the upstairs trim work was finally completed by the renovation contractor. The company was prompt with calling us, telling us exactly when the installer would arrive (on a Friday). Lance was our guy, and he was GREAT. He fit in with the reno contractor and was absolutely professional, easygoing and honest. That tough closet wasn't just a problem with the pitch; the walls and flooring aren't level (100 yr old house), so he couldn't finish on time because he needed to adjust a couple of pieces. So he was back Monday morning to finish the job. We used wood for the bedroom closets, and wire shelves for the linen closet. The materials are excellent and we took an oak color, which gave the closets a much warmer look. Going through their showroom helped; I have ideas why I might call them again ??
