He seemed very professional and organized at first. There were about 13,000 in overages in the pricing from upgrades we wanted.
We had toured a few homes he had built. The building experience itself I would not recommend him. If I had any issue he said he would address them and fix them.
In the end, all the items that I asked to be address, he just said we needed a mediator to get this work to be done and didn't actually address them when he said he would. The mediator sided with us.
I got 4 quotes ranging 10,000-15,000 to complete the work he did not.
We held back some money due to him not doing work we had address and he told us he would bring in his business partner. This business was going to do the work for 3,000, gave us a 1 year warranty, filled out the warranty this past June and have yet to hear from him.
The sub contractors he used were terrible, minus 3 of them; one is the designer Chris Barnes who was wonderful.
I would not recommend him to even build a dog house.
