Great. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.

All Star showed up at the stated time with a 3-man crew and all needed equipment. Job required that they dig down to the city connection on front lawn (backhoe was used). Hole was minimal to allow for 1 person to work. From the inside of the house, a hole was excavated into the wall, again at minimal size, to allow for the new line to be routed to the city hook-up outside. The distance needed to cover the installation was approximately 33 feet. No small task. All didn't go according to plan as the street level dropped away from the house causing the line to be higher than anticipated. A secondary, outside hole had to be dug on the lawn to access the line an reroute it further down at an angle to be below the freeze line. The hole was dug with the backhoe. Again it was minimal size, but wasn't friendly to the lawn. As it was a necessary evil, it was something that could not be avoided. The crew did refill the holes nicely and cleaned up inside. The job turned out perfect. All plumbing inside was neatly rerouted and I now have two shut-off valves instead of just one. They were in constant contact with the city inspectors and they had them out immediately after the job was done to confirm the work. We were extremely happy with the work especially when we could now run all faucets in the house at the same time without a drop in pressure. Extremely happy with the work done and at the quoted price, which was very reasonable in my opinion. All Star is definitely staying on our list of contractors to use in the future.

The handle broke off our shower on Christmas Eve and it was leaking down the wall. They sent a tech out right away who capped off the leak and then returned the next Monday and replaced the shower handle. The opening was very small and he had a hard time getting his hands in there to make the repairs but did a great job.

I saw a nice clear spot in the snow on Sunday Nov 16. Township came out and said the break was on my side of the valve and turned the water off. I called All Star after seeing they had good reviews on Angies. Called them first thing Monday morning. Bill said they could be there maybe on Tuesday but Wednesday for sure. Wed morning he called at 8:45 and said they would be here in 45 minutes. They were there right on time. Dug up the old line, replaced it, got township approval, filled in the hole and were done and gone by 1:00. This was all in the middle of a small snowstorm. Cleaned up basement entry where the water enteres the house. Very nice job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
The final price was less then the original estimate.

THEY WERE HERE IMMEDIATELY AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I HAVE TO SAY I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY, AND THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
