I called Ryan & Bradshaw after getting high estimates for replacing water line and pressure tank from another plumber. Their estimates came in less than HALF of the others and they were much more professional. Matthew was punctual, quick, and polite. Great customer service and prices. Will definitely use them again if anything else comes up.

The job overall went very well. The owner actually came out to make sure that all was good.

the first day the owner and his brother show up to unload the heating/cooling systems and they are unhappy with the location that the units are to be placed in. I was there working on the painting of the store but instead of coming to talk with me about the problem they start talking to each other and saying things that I felt were not professional. Like well maybe anther store would like these units cuz they aren't going to fit here and on and on. I called my husband and he came out to talk to them and got it straightened out. I don't understand why they couldn't speak with me and their comments were uncalled for. Once the units were in the cooling was unable to keep to store cool. When we went back to find out what the problems was the owner said that the units he installed were to small for the demand but he quoted those units so he would get the job. So then he wanted another $4,500.00 to install a third unit to keep the store cool. We no longer do any business with them.

Rand B has always been prompt and punctual; happy with all the various things they've done. First ones I call for anything to do with heating/cooling/plumbing. Professional-quality work; reasonable prices. Recommend them highly.
