+ -1 moreMy husband called this company and set up an appointment for them to come check and most likely replace our leaking water heater. The appointment was made, my husband had to take a day off of work. We waited. And waited. Finally, hours after the time came and went, we called. Oh, someone should be there by one. We waited and waited. Call again. Now the story is that our appointment was never written down and SORRY but no one will be out today AT ALL. My husband tried to reschedule and ask for a discount, that was refused. We called someone else. They showed up on time and it cost us 30 dollars less then Mac's and they hadnt even messed anything up!
Description of Work: We called this company for a leaking water heater.
