Big Dave's Tree Service

Tree was removed and their stump grinder broke a belt on site at my home. They said it would be a few days until the part came in. Nearly five weeks later I am still waiting and have called and Dave does not return the calls - after lying on several occasions and saying he would be out to get it done. I called for four days and no return calls or text. Finally had my assistant call from her phone. He answered immediately and when she said why she was calling he hung up on her. When she called back he rejected the call. His crew did a good job but Dave is awful and cannot be trusted and never came back to completed the work contracted.

This company did an excellent job removing my very tall evergreen tree in my yard. They was a little gap in time from start to finish due to other jobs they were doing. However, when it was done, I was very pleased. And the price was excellent . I would definitely use them again.

I felt that their service was satisfactory. They were moderately punctual reporting to the job. We did have to keep after them to get rid of that stump but eventually they did remove it and take it away.
