We were referred to Sweetwater by Home Depot where we purchased the ceiling fan and light fixture for our room. Within 24 hours we were contacted by the company. Within 48 hours 2 men installed the lighting with NO PROBLEMS within 30 minutes of arrival. NO muss. No fuss. Fast, friendly and highly professional. Installation will be billed to us, though it will be lower than the $300 estimate because we had wiring that easily accommodated both light fixture and fan.

The price was reasonable, but electric work has gone up, so it is always more than I want to pay.

I got an appointment and he came on time he boot the generator working but said he didn't know much about this make so he would call me when he found out how to fix it.He charged me $100.00. Did not hear from him so about a week later I called He said he hadn't got round to it, I am still waiting.

Although as a Master electrician Derek was more than capable of doing our electrical work I am a die-hard DIYer and Derek was more than willing to assist and guide me in "roughing" in the lines and lights. He inspected everything, completed the wiring and then came back (working around our crazy schedule) for a final visit after drywall and paint. He put the finishing touches on everything electrical and inspected for safety.
I was going to go with less lights and sockets but with Dereks guidance we put in a better layout and more lighting and it is by far the best decision because I would have gone back in to put more... he saved us a lot there!
Besides that he is prompt, accurate, clean and pleasant to work with! I would not hesitate calling on him again and have recommeded him to several friends and co-works (DIYers and not).

Derek and his worker did a good job in what seemed like a pretty quick time.He even gave me some advice on an electrical project that I did. I will use him for future projects.

Derek is a very professional and knowledgeable person. He was punctual and very courteous, knew exactly what needed to be done and the work was done on time with no problems. We were very happy with his work.

Work was completed. Derrick is a fine electrician. He comes when he says he will, he goes to work and does not waste time. Derrick has done a lot of electrical for us. He has wired our greenhouse, installed our Generac generator, installed lights on our deck, installed new pot lights in the kitchen and added more plugs and lights to the office. He also installed a surge protector on our main box. We nightly recommend Derrick.
