They're good. They're very knowledgeable. The pricing is fair. They respond quickly.

The initial response was very good and it was determined that the way the old plumber had placed the exhaust pipe for the brine was not the correct one that should have been used and that the place it was running out to was not a good spot. The plumber re-located the pipe from expelling out towards the front to into the septic.
The plumber was quick and responsive. I was just disappointed that the cost for moving the pipe had cost me more than my initial install. But maybe that was the reason the original plumbing didn't work out as expected.
Everyone I worked with and talked to was very nice and professional.

I called them based on name recognition and seeing their trucks. The faucet needed to be repaired and they charged $350 for that. I was extremely annoyed by that. They hauled the old hot water away and the new one seems to be working really well. I had no problems with the hot water heater. I had told them I was having trouble with my bathroom sink so when they asked it there was anything else I asked if they could look at the faucet in my bathroom. It was old and worn down. He showed me the washers were all shot and that kind of stuff. He just happened to have one on the truck he had replaced before me. I said okay and it turned out to be $350. I just thought they were really kind of taking advantage of the situation. I wrote over a $1,000 check to them. I would never call them again. They did good work and knew what they were doing, but I thought things were out of control.   I called and made an appointment no problem. I got pretty prompt service. I was just surprised at the end for the faucet because I would have gone another direction with the faucet if I had known. Everything about them was good except I felt like the price for their services was a little high. I just was sort of reeling. They answered the phone, made an appointment,  came at my convenience and showed up. The plumber was nice and pretty quick in working, considering he had to haul out a hot water heater. He worked hard on that. I did not mind that at all.

They didn’t appear to be able to figure it out.  The furnace tune up was okay.  However, for the rebate portion, we had to call several times.

I was renovating a house and received an estimate from one of the compay's representatives of $4200 to redo all of the plumbing.  I hired them. The first thing that happened [that should have been a red flag to me] was that they asked for 60% of the money up front. They sent two guys to start the work and it was supposed to be done in less than a week. The company also does heating and A/C. It was cold and they were getting a lot of emergency calls from people who had lost their heat, so the guys were being pulled off the job a lot. My house was empty but I needed to have the plumbing done before I could close up the walls. When the work got underway, I was told about other [unnecessary] things that were being done. I was not asked whether I wanted them done and our contract was not amended. When I was given the bill, it was for $1200 more than we had agreed on. When I told them I was only going to pay the original amount, they gave me an amended bill for $300 more, adding up to $1500 more than the original amount.. I was told by the owner that after looking it over, he realized that he had under charged me and so he tacked on the extra $300. I paid the original bill, but refused to pay any more. He tried to bully me into paying the extra amount and finally put a lean on the property. After a year passed, we were able to get the lean removed. I found out later that this was a common practice for this company.. i will never use them again and would warn others to steer clear of them .

It was supposed to be a 2 day job that ended up being around 4 days. I wasn't home when they left and I didn't have time to look at it closely the day they finished so I looked closely a couple days later. The first significant problem was the exhaust PVC pipe was installed with a low spot so the condensation built up, causing the exhaust gases to blow bubbles in the condensate collector on the side of the furnace. There were two significant gaps in their duct work, allowing heated air to leak into the basement. They installed an ugly transformer for the humidifer on the side of the new furnace when the furnace supplies the appropriate power internally. I found numerous smaller issues, of which they fixed some, but I decided to hire another company to come out for the cost of a service call and inspect the installation and also run 24 volt power to the thermostat for a backlight. I had noticed the furnace taking a long time to bring the house up to temp in the morning. The second company found Pousho had not configured the thermostat properly so my nice two stage furnace was operating as a single stage furnace, of which the first stage was insufficient to heat my home in the middle of winter. The second company also found several wires on the terminal block in the furnace had not been screwed down, which over time may have pulled out, leaving me with no heat. Pousho also installed a Rinnai tankless heater, and insisted a condensate drain was not required. They capped off the drain which built up with condensation and started leaking inside the heater. The bottom line is Pousho did not perform a quality installation.

It went okay. We had a broken pipe and I am not sure that was their fault, but that was the only problem and they fixed it. They came on time and got the work done quickly, were professional, and cleaned up.
