Excellent service. It felt like I had a true partnership to remove the mold from my basement. I asked for pictures through the removal process so I could see the extent of the damage as they worked to clean it up. I had many questions throughout the process and they were very helpful going above and beyond the mold work to help me with other contract work I will need, including referrals.

We phoned. Follow up call immediately from Ashlee. Visit scheduled within days. Owner Dave, Ashlee came and went over everything throughly. Provided contact info for drywaller and h/cooling guy as well. We first scheduled work with Dave. His co-workers johnny and Ashlee arrived. They were professional and on time. The untimely cold weather made it so they couldn't finish the last part of job. The follow up was great. We rescheduled a few days later when it warmed up. We also used their heating and cooling guy. He was professional and a fair price. We currently have their recommendation for the dry wall scheduled. Great team. We didn't know any of these people before using them. That's unusual for us. It's usually a word of mouth situation in our neighborhood in Northville. My husband and I both agree that we'd use them again.
