"Please let it be known that Majestic Tree Co provided the customer with a quote that was for use of our Bucket Truck. Once the crew arrived at the job, we were told that we could NOT use the bucket truck. Therefore, the quoted price was no longer valid, and the job needed to be re-quoted for use of a Climber and not the bucket. This would require more time and labor due to the climber having to climb the tree vs using the bucket. The customer declined the new quoted price, which already included the senior discount. I am sure we can all agree that a business owner clearly would never say “I don’t care if I do your job”. I believe this was perhaps a misunderstanding, as we told the customer that we did not care to do the job at the original quoted price, when the details of the job have changed. All in all, our work stands for itself and we are very sorry that we couldn’t all come to an agreement that would make sense for everyone."
