0% CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The female co-owner will not return your call if you have any concerns about the service you receive. She said she was too busy to deal with me and thought my concerns were quote, " ridiculous." My concern was that when pumping the tank, the driver did not add any water to break down the sludge/solids in the bottom of the tank. Then he replaced the tank lid before the tank was able to be verified emptied by the person who was at home during the time of service. The female co-owner also said she had complete confidence in her driver, but I really felt that they should be most concerned with.my confidence, as their customer. The company refused to come back and repump the tank so that I could feel confident the tank was indeed empty and pumped out correctly. We have used this company for years-but never again!

Perfect, I have been using King Septic for a few years now and I would not change to another company.

Ed Bugis was wonderful to work with.   I had a leak in the pipe leading from my home out to the septic tank.  Horrible raw sewage was seeping down the wall underneath the pipe and leaked onto the floor and underneath the carpet.  Ed was quickly able to see what the problem was and what was causing it.   He also said because it was INSIDE the house, that it was the domain of a plumber to repair the problem.   If the problem was outside, then it would have been a septic issue.   I am still hopeful that all is well with my septic system and there are no problems with THAT.   So, on with my story.  On an unbelievably freezing cold day (even for Michigan), Ed and his two helpers were outside digging through the snow and frozen ground to solve my problem.   Ed went above and beyond to help me.   He left me his cell phone number so that the plumber could speak with him directly and get a further diagnosis of the problem.   This leak was a complicated and troublesome type of problem to fix because a lot of the problem was not visible through the wall.   In other words, the pipe had to be cut away and removed and looked into before further diagnosis of the causes of the leak could be figured out.    Ed made recommendations and provided me with a phone number for a plumber that he had personal knowledge of.    I could tell that Ed genuinely cared about how stressed out I was and also that he saw that the problem was a serious emergency.    Ed even followed up with me the next day on his own time to see if I had been able to contact the plumber!    He actually provided me with another phone number for the plumber since I had not been able to track down a plumber that could come out on short notice.   But get this:    I actually had the plumber that I DID find (since it turns out that Ed's plumber was on another job and just was not available) call Ed and have him talk to him and describe the problem so that the plumber was not just going in there "blind" without knowing what he was getting into.   AND Ed was at a sports activity with one of his children and STILL took the time to talk to the plumber and be helpful about  my problem!    So, guess what?  If I ever (God forbid) have any type of septic issue again, I will be calling King Septic Company.   Professional, prompt, courteous and KIND.   Thanks so much, Mr. Ed Bugis!   I appreciate your kindness during a difficult and stressful time.   There is still basement cleanup to do and I have to talk to my insurance company, but at least the leak is fixed now and there is no more sewage and/or water leaking into my basement.

King was contracted to pump out my tank. I purchased the house 3 years prior and had no idea of location or the last time the system was serviced. They showed up on time, were able to locate the lid in about 15 minutes and dug 3 feet to uncover the lid. The tank was way overdue for pumping. Pumped and was on their way within an hour total. I would highly recommend them for this service.

I called the company a week prior. A real human answered the phone and answered my many questions professionally. I set the appointment and the gentleman arrived in the early part of the time frame I was given. He set up quickly and we had conversation and he was very courteous. He cleaned up the area he was working in and left. It was a very pleasant experience and I earned much about my septic tank and field and the do's and don'ts that i was not aware of.

They were professional and did really good work. They were clean. I would absolutely use them again.
