+ -1 moreDan and his crew were wonderful! They listened to my comments, offered great suggestions, and worked very hard. We had a huge downpour two days after they finished and some erosion occurred due to an existing faulty downspout from our roof. Dan and his crew promptly came back, replaced the downspout, and reinforced the boulder wall. My husband and I are more than pleased and wish all contractors could be as easy to work with and as good as Dan and his team.
Description of Work: Replace existing decaying wood retaining walls and steps and an ugly asphalt walkway from our garage area to our walkout using a combination of pavers, limestone look-alike steps, boulders, and Unilock RomanPisa blocks.

+ -1 moreI was impressed with GLC from start to finish. The owner, Ron, met with me to go over my plans and provided a detailed estimate within 24 hours. I got other estimates from local landscapers but had to call them back to get the estimates returned. All the estimates were comparable so I went with GLC based on the impression made and the professionalism displayed. Once the weather broke, Ron came out with his team and explained the work and left them to complete. He then followed up with me, on site, once complete to make sure I was happy. He noticed a few things that he wasn't happy with and addressed. I'll have GLC back for future projects.
Description of Work: GLC cut very large areas of sod around some rock walls, around trees, and in other areas of my yard. This removed all the vegatation and created fresh beds for mulch. They then cut edges and installed 15-20 yards of fresh mulch. It took 4 guys 1 1/2 days of hard work.
