I was very impressed with the professionalism, dependability and quality of work and materials provided by this family-owned business.  I felt comfortable with the entire process.  I bought my son's condo which needed extensive updating. Laura (owner), Bri (sales) and the entire staff took the time to help me refine my decisions at the right price-point.  The installers including Tommy, the owners son, were all professional and diligent making sure the job was done right and on time!  It's great to be able to support such an excellent local business!

They’ve been excellent! They make their money mostly on commercial carpeting, but do residental jobs from time to time, so they're very competitive with their price. Their quality is excellent!

My daughter was visiting with her little dog and we went out leaving him in a bedroom alone. When we returned we found he had DUG up the carpet near the door in an attempt to escape. Through a recommendation we contacted Larry at Exclusive Floor Coverings to make the repairs. Because we also wanted to have the carpet re-stretched in a couple of areas we had our carpet cleaned first. Larry arrived promptly on the appointed day only to have Detroit Edison shut down the power to the neighborhood for an extended period of time and he was not able to do the work. The job was rescheduled for the next morning and he arrived promptly again. Because I had an extra piece of matching carpet the patch is almost undetectable. He re-stretched the carpet and re-tacked it in a few loose places.

Very reachable. The work was very very good. High quality brand names. If we need more carpet we will call and recommend them to other people.

Fantastic job! Installer showed up on time, worked very hard and completed on time. Cleaned up after himself and was very courteous.
