+ -1 morePaid this company over $100k at the point where our project needed floors installed. It was then, as suddenly told the floor material we ordered (over $10k of material) could not be used given the product flatness spec. So much for having a capable, qualified, well-paid advisor. Could not believe it when we had our backs against the wall, project is months overdue, living in the house with plywood floors, we are now stuck on what direction to take with the floors, and ATB Building Inc. (Adam Boyd) when asked "what do we do" proceeds to say "I don't know, I don't care, and I don't want to." Wow, that's what $100k will get you. Homeowner beware - stay away from ATB Building Inc or Spoiled Rotten Homes. We apparently got the "Treated Rotten Homeowner" alter ego for our project.

+ 0 moreWhen having construction done I have found that I look for 3 things. Fast completion, Fair Price, and High Quality. It's very hard to find someone who can provide all 3 but ATB Building did just that. Their price was fair, the work quality was great, and they were so fast! In and out before I event had a chance to stress out! They far exceeded my expectations and I would hire them again. Adam and his crew were top notch professionals!
