Great. Bill Wardin came out the same day I called him. He gave me a very reasonable quote. His company did great work and I was impressed with their abilities and professionalism.

"Warned [member name removed] (Homeowner) agianst covering of structural beams. They were already distressed and it traps moisture. [member name removed] was not present. He was adamant. In the future, when ill advised, will refuse work. For the record, the job (however illfated) was completed on time and in budget. Is anyone truly unbiased when there angry?"
