Welcome. I am Randy Keene of Keen Home Inspection. I have been inspecting homes since 1998 and I have been a licensed builder in Michigan for more than 20 years. I am extremely thorough and represent my customer with the highest integrity. Choosing the best home inspector can be a confusing and hard decision. Michigan Law does not require home inspectors to be certified. As a certified home inspector I adhere to the standards of practice and code of ethics that other inspectors may not. I have found that my 20+ years as a licensed residential builder has helped me immensely in the home inspection business. This gives me a definite advantage over home inspectors that have never been builders.
