Chris responded promptly for request for an estimate. His crew worked very hard on some of the hottest days of the summer of 06. Clean up was done well. We were happy with the job and how quickly it was finished. On the last day, he said job was complete except for finishing trim around interior skylights. He asked if he could come and finish the trim, which was indoor work, on a rainy day so that his crew could take advantage of good weather to do outdoor jobs. We agreed to this and paid him in full. Mr. Berger never came back to finish trim in spite of phone calls to him. I finally sent him a letter asking him to complete the job. He phoned my husband and discussed a time he could do so, however it did not work with our schedule. We never heard from him again.
