They deal with insurance work.? They're excellent.?? They did my house when I had an insurance claim.?? I recommended them for my daughter's claim because I've heard so many horror stories.? It's ongoing right now at my daughter's townhouse.? I had them 5 years ago in May and then I had them 2 years after that when my roof leaked.? They do mainly insurance work.? It was a toilet up above that the tank split that leaked down to the kitchen and down to the basement.? And in mine it was behind the toilet where it was a slow leak and it went down to my family room which was a 20x30 room and they did everything in that room.? It's a big room.? They did everything except for the floor because we just kept the carpeting it wasn't that bad.? It slowly ran down the walls from the ceiling.? They had to take the walls down and then the wallpaper and of course you couldn't duplicate it so they took everything down.? We had wood on the bottom paneling that came out.? Ceiling came out, everything came out.? That was 5 years ago and they did such a good job that when my daughter had an insurance claim I said you're gonna go with Pugh.? On price I don't know.? They worked with the insurance to come up with something fair.? The quality was excellent.? The workmen that they sent out and when they came to my house my husband was upstairs dying in hospice; they were so respectful and so good and they waited until after he passed to do the bathroom because he needed it.? It was off his bedroom, we had handles all over the place.? We didn't know if there was mold or anything under the tiles in the floor.? We just let that room go until he passed.? The whole project started in the Spring.? They finished my lower level probably around September and we didn't do the bathroom until the following Spring after he passed.? They kept it open and finished it up afterwards.? They were excellent on responsiveness.? They came out immediately.? The workmen were there when they said they were going to be there.? They were very respectful of my husband.? They did excellent work.? They were so good I recommended them to my daughter.? I hadn't had a claim in 30 years okay.? Water and me has just not done well lately.?I am using them again at my daughter's.? I used them actually twice because my roof leaked after my lower level 2 years later.?? The roof leaked. When they were painting the part of the ceiling came down in my entry way. Water had leaked on the wall that was between our living room and the entry way and they re-did that for me.? If I didn't think they're excellent I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't recommend them.

They were phenomenal. They were really quick and courteous. They were here early everyday. They have everything that we needed. It was covered by insurance. I would recommend them.

Excellent workmanship and job was manged well from start to finish.
