Siding Service
I purchased a home in December of 2009. New construction. Geoffrey and Sons was the company that placed the siding on the house. I had multiple problems, including two cracks/damaged areas. One was repaired appropriately. It took months for them to fix it. The other leaked into the basement and my Builder repaired it. The third problem was the siding was allowing water to leak into my basement. This took over a year and a half for them to repair properly. When it was finally taken care of, the trim was not placed on properly. It has since fallen off. And the caulking was messy and unprofessional. I still need to repair this. And finally, the siding is warping on the second floor of my house. Whether this is due to the siding being cut properly or the siding itself has yet to be determined. I have enlisted another company to fix the problem, since it is not worth the ongoing horible craftsmanship to contact this company for the fix.
