They did an amazing job! They cleaned my windows, blinds, ceiling fans, and the base boards, and much more. I was very satisfied with the results and the time it took for them to complete the job. We have been using Broom-Hilda's cleaning team (out of Hazel Park) for over a year now. They are consistent, flexible, honest, on-time, and (above all) kind and communicative. We are particularly impressed by their detailed washing/scrubbing of every surface, INCLUDING hand-scrubbing the floors! Tiffany has been our team leader, since the beginning. And we are always happy to see her, and her teammate, knowing that a good job will be done, and we will feel much neater, and more organized, after the team leaves!

Had a deep cleaning done when we moved into our home, which was thoroughly done and made our move in so much better! Since then we have monthly cleans and love then the team shows up! It’s the best spent monthly refresh!!

Overall the cleaning went well. They arrived earlier than expected, which was fine since we were home. However, they split the bathrooms up between the 2 cleaning associates. The upstairs bathroom was spotless! The downstairs bathroom looked like a once over had been done and the shower was left untouched. I was disappointed, but also should have checked before I let them walk out. They did not stay the full 2 hours, but everything I asked them to clean had been cleaned. I wish they would've asked if I wanted them to clean anything else. Overall though, I would hire them again. Everything they did clean was cleaned well.

We were shocked  to return to a dirty house. There were two women in our house for 6 hrs each, thats 12 hours all together. The bathrooms were filthy and there were dust bunny's every were. The floor was not mopped carpets not vacuumed toilets untouched. We tried contacting them numerous times and  finally they screened our calls and would not call us back. I would NOT recommend this place!!

I have used them a couple times, and overall I have had a good experience.  
Staff is friendly and professional, and their price was very reasonable.  The biggest room for improvement is that you have to make sure you go over in detail what you want cleaned.  They will wholeheartedly clean what you ask them to, but they missed details both times I have used them if I didn't specifically ask for it.
One time they actually drove back to clean a large area that was overlooked.  I will be using them frequently and hopefully if I have the same staff, I won't have to remind them which areas are important.

Some of the employees I really like, and others I don't particularly care for.  They aren't very good at sending the people I like back, I'm at the mercy of who is available.  The last girl I wasn't happy with at all, and I told them to take her off my list, but we will see what happens.

They were late in arriving, but did call to let me know, although it was 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. They did a thorough job including cleaning the oven and inside refrigerator. They cleaned inside of windows and did a great job on the bathroom and kitchen including hand-washing the floors.

Got to job exactly on time. Two ladies cleaned my house and were very energetic and they listened to directions. They do not carry special equipment for floors but prefer to do them by hand, a bit old fashioned but effective. Also they do not move furniture to clean windows or vacuum.

Generally they do a good job, though I have to remind them to do things like vacuum or sweep under the beds. They are very nice and they bring their own supplies. My biggest complaint with them is that they are ALWAYS late and that keeps me waiting. Often, we are the last stop of the day and they are tired when they get here.

There are two girls that come out and they are very helpful. They are here for about 1.5 hours. I think because I keep my house so clean anyway they don't have to stay for too long.

They were late, and the girls are very unprofessional. The owner is rude.
