Blue Ray Mechanical Inc

When trying our AC in the new house for the first time we found that the cold air wasn't being pushed through the house but the unit outside was running. We contacted Blue Ray Mechanical Inc to set up an appointment. A technician came out to check out our AC on a colder day and said the problem seemed to be that the system was leaking Freon and we could either fill it or have it replaced because repair wasn't really an option. We opted to have the system filled and to get a quote for replacement. The technician started to fill it but stopped after a bit saying it was too cold out and the lines were freezing. I feel this is something he should have known would happen and just scheduled us for another day. We were charged for the freon he used and he said he would get us a quote and come back another day when it was over 50 degrees. It's been over a week and we haven't heard anything from them as of yet for a quote or scheduling another day to come out. We decided to trying running the AC the other day when it was warmer out and it's still not working. We will be using a different company. Add: We had a different company come to look at our AC and they found a burnt out wire on the system outside and mixed wires downstairs in the furnace. They replaced the burnt wire and fixed the mixed wiring and the AC is now running perfectly and they charged us A THIRD of what Blue Ray did. There was NO LEAK found in our system. We were charged $360 by Blue Ray for an imaginary leak. The technicians at Blue Ray clearly don't know what they are doing, or at the least the one they sent to our house was highly incompetent or purposefully dishonest and lacking of in integrity!

The assessment and installation went very well. This winter, the thermostat wasn't working, so I called and they sent out  a technician within two hours. He fixed it, gave me an upgraded thermostat, and did not charge because it was under warranty. Very pleased!

Service called with impeccable response time. Technician was on time and professional. Provided adequate details of issue at hand. Longest lead time was on part availability. Scheduled service to be performed almost next day of parts arrival! Performed service in quoted time without additional expenditures. Left home and space without any evidence anything was done. Rating knocked down slightly for additional confined space charge being slightly high but expected due to the location of the condenser unit. Would recommend and use their services again.

i have blue ray service all my rental properties - they take care of problem before the end of the day and my tenants are satisfied with the service experience

Came out same day I called and installed it. Guys that came out were very nice and courteous. I also had some ductwork coming loose and he took all the old nails out and replaced them with screws so it wouldn't fall. I'm sure that other workers from other companies in the past have noticed this, but this was the first person that actually said something about it and he didn't charge me for doing this.

Paul installed the gas line with much of the line hidden in the basement before it was exposed on the outside of the house. Much less to see than I expected.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND ON TIME. THEY WERE WONDERFUL WITH EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID FOR ME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN AND I LIKED THAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
