Blessed Assurance Home Inspection

Scheduling the appointment was very easy. You have the option to set up your appointment online, which is what I did. The inspection went great. Terry was very thorough is his inspection. He went onto the roof and walked around in the attic. He takes lots of detailed pictures and notes. He encourages you to walk around with him while he is doing the inspection. I found it helpful because he was able to point out issues as he found them and I was able to ask questions as I thought of them. There were several things he pointed out that, though they are fine now, will likely need to be replaced soon. A couple hours after the inspection I got a detailed report of his findings.

Terry was very professional and thorough. He was able to schedule my inspection very quickly on short notice and was very thorough going through items in the house. Throughout the entire inspection he pointed out many things to me to get me familiar with the house, things that I might want to consider fixing/changing later - how much they should cost, things that needed to be taken care of right away - what could wait awhile, etc. I would stronly recommend Terry's services to anyone.

He did a pretty good job with the inspection. There were couple things outside he missed which we had hoped to hear about since we were not there during the inspection. He actually missed the actual appointment, but did show up the next day to perform the inspection.
