A Limo World

After looking around for a limo service for a bachelorette party we found Limo World to be, from what they told us, the best option for us. All of the girls lived in different areas so we weren't sure as to what bars we were going to go to. At the time of booking the limo we let Paul know that we were going to need a fun driver that was familiar with the Royal Oak area, who would be able to suggest places for us to go as we did not know the area or what was down there. He assured us that he was able to provide that. He also stated that the drivers would know the bars they frequented and would be able to not only recommend some great places but would be able to negotiate waiving any cover charge we might come across. He also told us that they would have ice and cups available to us. We ended up with nothing that we were promised. The limo driver arrived on time, and we knew right from the start that he wasn't anything that we had requested, He told us he didn't know the area we wanted to go and could not recommend any bars or clubs for us to go to, when I asked for a number to reach Paul the owner he said he did not have one and that we would have to get in touch with him on Monday. After hearing that we decided to go ahead and make the best of it. When we brought out our drinks to put in the cooler he told us that he didn't have any ice for us or cups because he had just came from a wedding and they had depleted his supply. Ice and cups were something we were told would be supplied, andweren't so we had to stop at a gas station to get ice before our trip could even begin and purchase ice ourselves, which cost us time and money that we should not have had to use. Before we could even leave the gas station he needed directions from us to get back to Dixie Hwy, which cost us more time that we shouldn't have had to use. His driving was deplorable he slammed on the breaks so many times that the girls in the limo were flying everywhere every time he stopped or slowed down. By the time he reached the first destination (that he took way longer to arrive at than needed) we were sick of the driving and asked him to go easy on the breaks, he did not. We ended up in Royal Oak at a nice bar where we had a good time, when it was time to leave we all left and got into the limo. I had stated that I wanted to go to my house instead of my sisters, my sister who payed for the limo told him no, take us to where you dropped us off at. Instead of listening to the person who paid for the service he listened to a passenger and went where she directed him to go, which resulted in another 100 dollar over charge that we would not haveacquired. On the way to our drop off point he stopped the limo harshly in the middle of the road and  turned off all the lights, girls fell everywhere and ended up sitting in jello shots that we had in a container on the seat. He then told us that we were over our time and that if we weren't prepared to pay the 100 overage that we would have to get out. My sister then said again thereshouldn't be any overage because you were supposed to take us to my house and were on M15 going to Ortonville, he turned the lights back on and started driving again. When we were dropped off we all got out and that was the end of a horrible experience with Limo World. When I called Paul the day after the Bachelorette party and explained to him our issues and told him about our experience he seemed to be willing to listen, he told me that he would talk to the limo driver and get back to me. Two weeks later, after not hearing from him I called him and was basically told that I was lying and that his limo driver did nothing wrong, he told me that I was a miserable person and that he is not and will not reach any resolution with me because I am lying, and then proceeded to call my sister and be so rude to her from the second she answered the phone that she started crying. Do not do business with this company, you will get nothing they promise and in the end the owner will not take any responsibility.
