Tobbie and Bobby were super nice and helpful and took their time to make sure we knew how to do it! So far my pup has been doing pretty good and is almost off leash :) Definitely got my money's worth!

They where great, very flexible with my busy schedule. They came out and trained my dogs on how the fence works. I would even rate Bella the training assistant dog. She was well behaved and knew exactly what to do to help teach my dogs about the fence.

I called invisible fence and a representative came out and gave me an estimate. I was NOT intrigued by the representative. He was pushing me into purchasing a invisible fence, I didn't like that at all. I did more research and i found K9 keepers by Dogwatch. Derick came out and was so professional and explained the Dogwatch invisible fence to a T and answered all my questions including warranty installation and when it could be installed which intrigued me to go ahead and have him and his crew install a fence to keep my 4 legged children safe and sound. They know there boundaries and i know theirs no need to worry about them when they're outside alone. I recommend K9 keepers to keep you love ones safe and sound! I recently called Derick about a collar that needed to be replaced and he sent one out at NO charge! I love K9 Keepers and you'll love there service and expertise as well.

Exceptional! Outstanding! I posted the review below in February when Derrick from K9Keepers came and installed my DogWatch hidden fence. It was the dead of winter then, though, so they could only pin the wire to the ground, with the promise of coming back in the spring to bury the wire. So I wanted to update my review to further illustrate just how good of a company K9Keepers is. As promised, Rachael from K9Keepers called in early April to schedule an appointment for them to come and bury the wire. We set up the time for April 28th at 9am. The day arrived, and Derrick was right on time (ok, full disclosure, Derrick pointed out that it was 9:06 when he got there, but I think most anyone would count less than 10 minutes as 'on-time'). Derrick and his assistant got down to business and got the wire buried quickly and efficiently. As usual, there was GENUINE friendly and professional service. I couldn't be happier with my purchase - it has worked so well with my dog, and it has given my wife and I such peace of mind. And I am especially pleased that I went through DogWatch by K9 Keeper Fencing with Derrick and Rachael Woiderski! Thank you!! It simply didn't feel that way with Derrick - I could tell...no, I could FEEL that he believed in his product and business. Well, we obviously came to an agreement and we set up a time for him to come and install the fence, which was today. And before I get into the installation, I'm sure people would want to know about pricing. I did my due diligence and checked out other companies as well before just going to DogWatch, and Derrick's prices beat the competition, as well as the batteries and lifetime warranties on the products. AND, I'm able to make any kind of adjustments to the strength of the signal that I deem is necessary; other companies make you call them to come out to make any adjustments. I get that from a pet protection perspective, but I (and I think the VAST majority of people) love their pets and wouldn't do anything to harm them - otherwise, why spend the money on a hidden fence, right? So I want that control. Dogwatch gives me that. So, on to the installation day, today. Again, EXACTLY on time. 9:00am he pulled into my driveway. We reviewed what was to be done, and Derrick got down to work. It only took a few hours, which included going under a sidewalk and cutting across a driveway. After installation, Derrick spent a good amount of time going over everything with me. Even though I've had a hidden fence before; he wanted to make sure I understood their product. Then we brought out Riley (my dog's name is Riley...Riley Coyote Super Genius...if you like cartoons and remember Coyote and Road Runner, then you get it.). Derrick spent a lot of time (and snacks) to get Riley to start to understand the flags, keeping things at the lowest possible setting to get Riley to understand something is there, but not hurt her. It was obvious that he cared about getting this right! My pup started to catch on very quickly. I will need to continue to work with her, but she's a smart girl and will learn fast. I know I've written a lot, and I hope people read this, but the product, the pricing, the installation, the training, the service, the overall experience with this was just plain WORTH IT! I love my Dog Watch Fence!!! And my dogs love it even more! They are able to run and play and burn off energy even on super cold days!!! I love that the batteries have a 2 year life so I don't have to worry about batteries dying all the time!!! Also being able to adjust the collars on my own is a HUGE plus!!!! The fence is great but the staff is even better! They are always there to answer questions when I have them!!! I highly recommend Dog Watch of West Michigan by K9 Keeper!!! Just to give people an idea I have Dalmatians and they are very high energy!!!! So the fence has been great for them to be able to run and play and I don't have to worry about getting tangled in long lines anymore and they can all play together!!!

Today was our second visit with Derrick as we wanted to see how our dog would react to another dog walking outside the "Dog Fence". Derrick brought his dog over as a trial. We had a very positive, successful experience. He then explained the "Big Leash" and we went for a walk trying a variety of scenarios. Derrick was with us for as much time as we needed. He truly has a passion for what he does and truly cares for the dogs. Once again...THANK YOU!!

Rachel went through the options with no hard sell.  Derrick came on time, did the work well and quickly.  Thoroughly briefed me on the equipment.  Returned to train the dogs, which also went quickly.  Offered to come back anytime for any problem.  Since then I called once to ask for help with some small washers/screws for the collar, and Rachel sent them for free. 
The system has been fabulous.  I was turned down by one rescue agency when I tried to get a Plott hound.  I was told that a physical fence was an absolute minimum, that a hound dog would never respect an electronic fence, especially if it got on a scent.  Now I have a beautiful Walker Hound and she has sat and watched deer run by, wild turkeys, ground hogs, but she is not going to challenge the fence.  We play ball and she runs around the yard freely, but she knows where the boundary is and does not challenge it.  I even let her out from time to time without the collar on, and she behaves just as well. 
The training collar has been huge as I can get my dog to return even if she is "interacting" strenuously with another dog with just using an audible tone.  She does all of the standard commands and I only have used the mild "shock" a handful of times ever, only when she was in danger.    
So, I wish that the unit cost a bit less, but it seems very high quality and has had absolutely no issues. I would recommend Derrick and Rachel highly and would buy from them again....

I would K9 Keepers if I ever moved again.  The level of professional was superb.  He was so easy to talk to, trustworthy, patient with our dog, etc... I would encourage anyone that is looking for an electric dog fence to do their homework on the products on the market.  I know K9 Keepers would come out on top.

Derrick was very punctual and informative for my free estimate appointment. Answered all my questions and concerns. He even brought a treat for my dog, which I thought was very thoughtful. I was impressed with him and his product and made an appointment for 2 weeks later for installation. He and his wife arrived right on time and a few hours later the fence was installed and ready to go. Rachael did the dog training and instructed me on what I needed to know. She was very patient with all my questions. There were some unforeseen events with the underground installation, but Derrick was very professional and did what he had to do to get the job done correctly. My dog loves being outside without being restrained with a tether and I would highly recommend Derrick and Rachael Woiderski and the Dog Watch Hidden Fence!

First of all, this is a new (to me) franchisee for Dogwatch.  The person who installed our system operated under Dogwatch Mid- Michigan, but he has since moved on I guess (phone number and website on business cards we were given at installation do not work).  I would be inclined to take this as a bad sign for the quality of the system but we have had no issues at all with it for the past four years.  Our current issue was all our doing.  I pulled out about 50 poke weeds on our property with a shovel and came back to my garage to hear the beeping noise from my system that indicated there was a break in our fence (i.e. I hit a wire).  I hunted myself to no avail.  Long story short, Dogwatch's national web page directed me to the new to me franchisee, K-9 Keeper.  I called and Derrick was out to our house the next day!   I talked with Derrick most of the time he was there and he confirmed he took over this territory when it was given up a few years ago.  He seemed like a really cool guy and explained every part of the process to me.  He took the time to confirm things and as a result actually found two different breaks in the fence.  He properly fixed both breaks (and I thought he was just going to find them for me!)   He even made a few touch ups on the external box for me, and a few other nice touches.  So, super friendly and did everything promised and more.  Seemed to be genuinely good people.

They were responsive.  We contacted them during the day and the guy was out here in the evening to repair it.  He was very helpful.  They do a good job with their products.  They are excellent on pricing in comparison to other places that we looked at.
